Ryding reflects on a momentous day in Levi

There is a saying ‘it is never over until it is over,’ and after the first run in Levi and after leaving the finish area following the first run, Ryding knew that he was skiing well but he also knew “I was only half way there,” he explained to Racer Ready. From leading in Kitzbuehel last season to leading in Levi, he has the experience but the weight of expectation of his country, a country that is still waiting 51 years after the World Cup started for a race win, was huge.
