Henrik Kristoffersen won his first slalom of the season when he beat Austria’s Marcel Hirscher by 0.75 seconds with Alexander Khoroshilov in third. Val d”isere was the Norwegian’s first slalom start of the season, because he dropped out of Levi due to a sponsorship disagreement with his nation’s ski federation.
