There is a changing of the guard in Women’s World Cup racing: A number of young racers have started to make the jump up to winning speed races. Connie Huetter won the Super G in Lenzerheide and now Mirjam Puchner has won her first downhill, the first Austrian to win on the Downhill tour in two years. Fabienne Suter took her fifth second place of the season and Elena Curtoni claimed her first Downhill podium in her career.
