Carlo Janka took the win in the Super G in the test event in Jeongseon, Korea despite the controversial discussions that took place about the course setting. With the Italian trainer having set the course, some felt that it had been set to benefit Dominik Paris. If this was the case then Christof Innerhofer did not read the script as he took second place with Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr underlining his talent to take third.
