Lambden believes in herself to retain British Outdoor Title

Sarah Lambden has admitted in the past to not believing in her own ability to ski fast and to challenge for race wins. On her day she is one of the best racers on the dry mat racers around at the moment, on another day she struggles to reach her own high standards. Dutch racer Marit Pronker took second with Welsh Open winner Nicole Shering taking third overall.
