Alex Tilley made it count when it matters in winning the Delancey British Alpine Women’s Giant Slalom in Tignes. In difficult conditions, a pea-souper for the start of the first run ensured that there was a lot of cautious skiing on the first run and Tilley made her experience count in carving out a lead of over a second over the rest of the field. Alice Macaulay took second while Cara Brown produced an awesome second run to grab third. …
