The current Alpine Speed and Telemark Committee (ASTC) and the Alpine Business Group (ABG) would like to hold an election to determine the Chair of that Committee ( the ATSC) for the term beginning in April 2015 until the Company Annual General Meeting in the summer of 2018.  The following timetable has been agreed by the ATSC and ABG as suitable for the purposes of encouraging willing and appropriate candidates to come forward and allowing the BSS membership to determine who they would like to lead this group. …

Nominations window:   13th January to 6th February

Candidates details and completed nomination forms published and ballot papers distributed:    20th February

Voting closes:    4th March

Full results announced: 9th March
