Catching up with the British girls

This time last year the British ski racing fans were cheering on Alex Tilley as she battled her way down the slope in Levi. This was her second World Cup start in Slalom and while she did not make the second run, acquitted herself well enough before crashing out near the bottom. This year there are no Delancey British Alpine Team girls racing in Levi. Talking to Stefan Moser, coach for the British Ladies team, the reasons for this are relatively simple: “last year we only really did it because it fitted in with the Europa Cup races a couple days after.” …
