The format was simple and easy for the racers to understand: It was two runs down the same course of stubbies and the racers with the fastest time from either run would take home the spoils. This format gave the young racers the opportunity to have a real go and not worry about falling, as a few did. After the two runs local girl Daisi Daniels had posted the fastest girls time on the second run ahead of another Chill Factore racer Sophie Wheeler with Milton Keynes’s Siena Horton taking third. In the younger age group Isla Ward beat her younger sister Erin with Mya Walton taking third.
The boys race was won by Dominic Barton with the fastest two times of the day. Second place was Oliver Politt with Harry Cosham in third. The younger age group was won by George Humphreys.
